
Growing up in the city of Messina in Sicily, Antonino learned the kitchen secrets of home-made cooking from the hands of professionals, his mother and grandmother. With raw skills and the dream of becoming a professional chef, he started his journey in his home city where he built his culinary skills. Mastering those skills gave him the ability to work at the 2-Michelin star restaurant, L’Andana, Alain Ducasse in Tuscany. With a deep appreciation for Italian food, Antonino contributes towards Prego’s many culinary successes and surprises you with fresh flavours, hearty cuisine and genuine hospitality.
