Hailing from Germany, Pedro started his culinary career in Cologne and Nuremberg, Germany, before moving to Seoul, South Korea, then finally settling in Abu Dhabi. His culinary experience grew with every move and new city he ventured. A sparkling and enthusiastic personality, combined with positive energy and 22 years of culinary adventures, Pedro brings authentic German cuisine to Brauhaus.
