
Being trained by some of the best Benihana chefs, including Tom Toth and Suzuki from Benihana Honolulu and New York respectively, Chef Roy mastered the charm of live Teppanyaki cooking. He joined the Rotana family in 2001 as part of the team of Benihana at Al Bustan Rotana before moving to Beach Rotana three years later.
