
With over 26 years’ experience, Chef Daniel Leah joined Beach Rotana to lead the team of culinary masters. Starting with the Hilton Hotels, Daniel ascended through the ranks across the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, India, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, and Qatar, gaining knowledge and expertise not only in the artistic world of cooking, but also in kitchen design and equipment sourcing and selection.
Starting with a diploma in professional cookery from City and Guilds London in the United Kingdom, Daniel was a guru in the world of food innovation and bringing creative ideas to life. His expertise extended to being a major part of the opening team of a single restaurant to a whole food & beverage operation in imminent establishments such as the Hilton Chennai, Wyndham Grand and Downtown Rotana. He easily achieved success whether in the rare occasions of being able to ‘take his time’ or amidst the pressure of constant culinary demands in a fast-moving industry. With food being his passion, Chef Daniel’s strong culinary background and eye for detail and quality will surely take the hotel’s dining destinations to new heights.
