Salmon Avocado Roll Salad
Very Fresh...
Ingredients:
200 g Smoked salmon
50 g Cream cheese
50 g Avocado
5 g Sesame seeds
1 bunch Mixed lettuce leaves
5 g Capers
5 g Small pickled onions
100 ml Lime juice, white balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper
Chives for garnish
Method of Preparation:
Mix cream cheese and avocado
Blend the cheese and avocado
Add the blended ingredients within the salmon and roll it
Cover the salmon with the sesame seeds
Slice the salmon into rings
Arrange the mixed lettuce and the salmon as per the picture
Add the capers and small onions on top of the lettuce and salmon
Mix the lime juice, white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper for the dressing – serve with aside or on top of the salad
