Experienced team from different departments (marketing & communications, human resources, engineering, housekeeping and environmental health & safety) at Gefinor Rotana & Raouché Arjaan by Rotana participated in making the project of Beit Rafqa - Elderly Home come true.

We worked hard for several months in implementing standards, procedures and techniques in order to include the sense and the touch of five star hospitality services in the project. 

As corporate social responsibility, since 2014 Rotana Hotels Lebanon are participating in helping the elderly and drawing smiles on their faces including the elderly of Beit Rafqa that were previously located in the monastery of St. Rafqa. 

Now, Beit Rafqa has a new building next to the monastery that welcomes elderly to live a great life in a healthy atmosphere and clean weather with caring professionals.

Beit Rafqa was born out of the inspirational work of the Sisters of Beit Rafqa at the Monastery of St Joseph. The members of Serimana Foundation on their visit to the Monastery were introduced to the pious and dedicated lives led by the sisters and were moved by their compassion and care towards their elderly guests. Behind Beit Rafqa is a support system that focuses on one simple goal; giving the elderly guests the same care and love they would receive in their own homes.
