Our Wellness and Massage Centre is located on the 2nd floor at the Beach Club 
and features 6 treatment suites and 2 luxurious relaxation rooms.

OPENING HOURS
Wellness and Massage is open 7 days per week 10 am – 10 pm.
All treatments must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

ARRIVAL
To make the most of your Spa experience, and to support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend that you allow extra time with at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. For your convenience, the Spa provides towels, robes, slippers and all amenities required for use during your visit.

LATE ARRIVAL
To respect other guests who already have a spa reservation, arriving late for your appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time. Full treatment costs apply. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 4 hours’ notice for cancellation, change or re-scheduling of any appointment. Less than 6 hours’ notice or a “no show” will result in full payment.

RESERVATIONS
Advanced bookings are always recommended to guarantee your preferred treatment and time.

HEALTH
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries and pregnancy. Our spa team are well versed and will recommend the treatment most suited to your needs.

SPA ATTIRE
Your privacy is always respected. Disposable underwear is available and should be worn during the treatment. During your treatments, you will be properly draped with a towel that covers most of your body but allows you to work in specific areas. All treatment rooms have their own volume and temperature controls, if you are uncomfortable at any time, please let your therapist know. 

VALUABLES
No jewelry should be worn. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Wellness and Massage premises.

MOBILE PHONES
As a courtesy to other guests, please switch off your mobile phone or always place it in silent mode whilst in Wellness and Massage premises.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We require credit card information for bookings of non-hotel guests and where multiple treatments are being reserved. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available from the Spa reception and can be personalized as monetary or treatment value. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

REFUND POLICY
Treatment packages, gifts vouchers and retail products are not refundable.

CHILDREN
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Wellness and Massage facilities.

HOMECARE
Spa retail items are available at the reception area for homecare experience.
