ANIMATION TEAM

General Rules & Regulations:

• The kids club is for children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old only. Children below the age of 4 are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Food and beverages should only be consumed in the designated areas.
• No smoking is permitted in or around Flippers club.
• Parents/guardians must sign children in/out every time they use the facilities.
• All parents are welcome in the club, however for safety & security reasons they may be restricted to specific areas and specific times only.
• Parents/guardians should not leave the resort premises if their child(ren) are in the kids’ club.
• Personal belongings of children should remain with the parent/guardian while they are in the kid’s club. The resort management is not responsible for loss of items.
   

Health & Safety instructions:

• It is recommended that all jewelry, sharp objects, including badges should be removed before entering the kids club.
• It is advisable that long hair should be tied back.
• For the safety and enjoyment of all, children must comply with the employee’s recommendations, instructions, and applicable rules at all times.
• Employees must be notified of any child's pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely enjoy the facilities, prior to them using it for the first time.
• All individuals using the facility do so at their own risk.
• The resort management is not responsible or liable for any incurred damages, losses, injuries or fatality of any member or guest using this facility.
