Qatar Airways Terms & Conditions

• The offer to double your number of Avios (“Bonus Avios”) by staying at Rotana’s properties from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (the “Offer”). The Offer is not applicable to Rotana’s franchise properties
• The Bonus Avios awarded will be calculated by doubling of base Avios (i.e. those Avios normally earned on a stay with Rotana’s properties) in a single stay transaction.
• The Bonus Avios will be calculated per a stay transaction basis and not on the cumulative sum of base Avios from multiple stays at Rotana’s properties.
• The Bonus Avios will be credited to Members’ Qatar Airways Privilege Club account within 45 days after the end of the stay period. Avios will not be earned for cancelled stays.
• This Offer is available for all Members. Booking must be in the name of the Member.
• Please quote your valid Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number upon your online booking (under “Additional Request and Additional Comments”) or via online check-in (under “Frequent Flyer Program”) and present your Qatar Airways Privilege Club card (a digital form on Qatar Airways Privilege Club application or website is sufficient) at the time of check-in at the respective Rotana’s property.
• The Offer is applicable to Rotana’s properties in UAE, Bahrain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, DR of Congo, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, and Turkey.
• Avios are earned per an Eligible Stay*, regardless of the number of nights booked, for a maximum of 1 room.
* Eligible Stay: refers to any stay during 1 July 2025 – 31 August 2025 that is booked at a published rate EXCEPT for tour operator rates, travel industry rates, and any complimentary or barter rates.
• Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from the check-out date for Avios posting, provided that Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number has been provided accurately.
• Avios earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Offer and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In Particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
• Qatar Airways reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without prior notice.
• By participating to the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

• In the event of any required assistance with the booking, Members must liaise with Rotana.
• All Avios awarded under this Offer will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club terms and conditions. Privilege Club terms and conditions for Claim missing Avios shall apply to any claims of missing Avios arising from this Offer.
