At Al Bandar Rotana, our passion for hospitality doesn’t end at the hotel’s doors — it extends into the heart of our community.

In line with our ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), our team recently joined hands with the Dubai Autism Center for a day filled with creativity, compassion and connection.

As part of a mock career day initiative, our colleagues visited the center to lead engaging activities designed to inspire and uplift the children. We set up two experiential stations — a playful kitchen corner and a vibrant beauty salon — each offering a hands-on opportunity for the children to interact, explore and express themselves in a joyful, inclusive setting.

At the kitchen station, laughter and imagination filled the room as children decorated cupcakes and crafted colourful fruit skewers with the guidance of our culinary team. Meanwhile, at the beauty salon, our volunteers helped create moments of light-hearted fun through simple activities like painting nails and brushing hair — all under a spirit of encouragement and care.

The initiative left lasting impressions on everyone involved. Our team was moved by the warmth and enthusiasm of the children and we were truly honoured to be welcomed into such a nurturing and inspiring environment.

CSR moments like these remind us that true hospitality is about making a positive impact wherever we go. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Dubai Autism Center for the opportunity to connect, contribute and care — and we look forward to many more meaningful collaborations in the future.
