I realy liked it! Staff is very nice, the hotel is very pretty and very clean. Room service on point. Every day shuttle bus to malls and beaches for free!! Breakfast and dinners delicious! I liked everything about this hotel!

All perfect I was very happy at this hotel just the food at salt & paper was not very good , same breakfast every morning and not to much to choose for European people and not to much space at the pool if you not going at 8am to take a seat after 8:30am not space

The staff are very helpful and polite.
we selected a room with a creek view in the corner, which has windows on two sides(walls), the view was amazing.

I am glad that I had the opportunity to stay in your hotel.
This is my first visit to Dubai, of which the hotel was of great importance for my stay.
First I want to start by thanking Kshitij and Tapas, these are the people who work at the pool bar,
always smiling and ready to predispose customers to greater comfort.
These are the people who demand the most time with the guests and definitely, this makes their work quite difficult.
The restaurants and the food is great, of quite good quality.
Regarding the quality of the material base, it is quite critical, I think you have to work a lot.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Al Bandar Rotana Creek Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, good breakfast and extremely helpful customer service. I am very grateful to them. In addition, I had rented a conference hall, and I was very satisfied with the room and services. Thank you!

"Not what I expected"
The place is well located for the areas of interest I was looking for, (something away from palm jumeirah, about 70 aed by normal taxi) the hotel was very comfortable, nice and luxurious but I paid an all inclusive and that was rather a Full Pension; it only had included 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, between meals there was no snack or anything like that. Everything was limited to schedules, the minibar was also not included. For dinner there was no buffet, only 2 restaurants and one of them was by appointment. It is not the all-inclusive certainly that I was looking for.the room I was given for 2 adults and 2 children was very small, just a double bed and an additional one that they put in. Alcoholic beverages were also not included outside meal times. Generally if I would stay there but not buy any Meal Pension.

Fabulous and the pool was awesome Good: We had a lovely room very comfortable. The pool area was lovely and clean and the view was amazing. I did use the pool it was heated and got plenty of sun all day long.We used the Executive Lounge and the nibbles in the afternoon were lovely and in the evening we went back to the lounge between 6pm to 8pm for hot snacks and some lovely deserts and of course some drinks. I could not fault them atom and throughly recommend this Hotel

Alles gut Hotel: Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht. Leider mussten wir erst einmal ein drittes Bett ordern und Bade- und Handtücher für drei Personen.
Aber ansonsten war alles Bestens.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen Good: Es war alles perfekt. Sauberkeit, Betten, Frühstück prima. Besonders der Zimmerservice von Imran ist hervorzuheben.
Bad: Der Service im Restaurant „Salt and Pepper“ ist wirklich schlecht. Personal ist total überfordert.

Amazing stay with good food and exceptional staff Good: We were upgraded to a creek view suite. Staff were amazing and we received a cake and the room was decorated for our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a Rotana room which was definitely worth it and enjoyed sitting out in the evening with superb canapés and a glass of wine. Breakfast was good with a great selection of delicious food. The hotel was close to the attractions and thoroughly enjoyed walking down the road and onto the water taxi and wandering round the souls. Will definitely return.

3 Nächte in Dubai Sehr schönes Hotel gut gelegen in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Das einzige was etwas stört ist die Straße, die direkt am Hotel vorbeifährt. Für Dubai aber sicherlich normal.Der Blick von dem Dachpool Richtung Burj Khalifa ist genial.

Service here is 100% on point! Amazing clean and stylish hotel. The service here by all members of staff was amazing. When ever we needed something staff would be on hand to either provide or support us.

Highly recommended Great short break at this hotel high standard of professional staff and good level of comfort offered with spacious rooms and free wifi everywhere. As a mum and daughter we felt safe to walk to the Union metro station and travel to various sights and walk back again mid evening in the dark. Would also recommend the room service sharing platters as these were exceptionally good value for money compared to some of the restaurant meals elsewhere. My only other observation was the bed was exceptionally firm, which is the first time I have come across this in a hotel, but wouldn't stop me returning.

Superbe séjour Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel. La vue sur la ville est superbe, surtout depuis la piscine au 13 ème étage. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et le personnel très accueillant et efficace. Le dîner en chambre était copieux et très bon.

Dubai Lovely hotel and fabulous pool
Executive lounge a must great value and nice snacks. Location and views from the room was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet close to the Airport. We arrived early and our room was ready for our arrival

Relaxing stay Again back to Al Bandar Rotana. Very relaxing stay with professional and friendly hotel employess, always approachable. Very clean hotel with tasty food, spacious and bright rooms and good location. Great service and accomodation We had a wonderful stay with good service at al bandar rotana. All employees had a smile and were very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern and the facilities are great. Decent fitness rooms as well as pool enough for our needs. This hotel is a good value for money.

Семейный отдых Дружилюбный и заботливый персонал. Чистые и комфортные номера. Великолепное питание, особенно вкусные завтраки. Бассейн на 13 этаже с просто фантастически видом! Бесплатный трансфер на пляж La mer. Очень порадовало, что:
Check in с 14:00, но нас с семьёй беспроблем засели в 10 утра!
Так же и с Check out, пришли как положено в 12 часов, но на ресепции как только узнали, что автобус нас будет забрать из отеля только в 5 вечера, сразу же бесплатно продлили до 3 часов дня.
