Jordan's iconic hotel, Amman Rotana, becomes the first certified hotel in Jordan to receive FSSC 22000 version 5.1

Amman Rotana marks a new achievement under the Food Safety Management System, having been assessed and certified; meeting the requirements to receive the Food Safety System Certification FSSC 22000 V. 5.1 by SGS Jordan.

FSSC 22000 V.5.1 is the highest system standard for Food Safety Management Systems, offering a complete certification scheme for the auditing and certification of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and is based on existing ISO standards at the hotel.
