The hotel is very comfortable and warm in winter, the staff are super nice, the food and drink are extraordinary, , The view is amazing !! It's highly recommended ๐

"Very beautiful place and excellent service"
My family and i traveled to jordan for four days it was very beautiful experience in rotana tower , clean rooms , clean and delicious food , good service and perfect place .
We met walaa and alaaaldin that works in dinning room and they gives us a good service

Clean and specious rooms, delicious and various food. Very service minded stuff, specially waiter AlAdin at the breakfast, who tried to help us not just during the breakfast, but also to feel welcomed to Jordan.

"Amazing get away"
Quiet and peaceful, on the 43rd floor next to the clouds, the boulevard is right across the street if youโre looking for a good walk, and the mall for some light shopping.
The breakfast at 360 was delicious with a variety of different options, Walaโa the hostess specifically was so welcoming and helpful and sweet!

GOOD IMPRESSION, QULAITY SERVICE AND GENTLE STAFF, SERVICEABLE AND EFFICIENT. As well for the breakfast, it was very diversified and tasty - waiters were very friendly as well to mention at reception Mrs Walaa.

"Unforgettable Journey in Rotana"
I couldn't be much grateful for the service i was given in Rotana Amman. I stayed there for almost 3 months and everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful thank you for everything !

Overpriced business hotel The hotel was well kept with lots of staff and good large sized rooms. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. I had problems with flooding of the bathroom floor from the shower. The beds where hard and not very comfortable. The price to stay in this hotel was very high, and I was for some reason charged a higher rate than my colleagues. I have stayed in similar hotels and paid half as much, so the overall value for money is poor.

Top Hotel Sehr gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr schรถne; grosse und komfortable Zimmer. Top Bar mit professionellen Barkeepern und sehr guten Drinks. Auch im italienischen Restaurant hat es uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung durch eine philippinische Serviceangestellte war top.
In fusslรคufiger Umgebung gibt es diverse Restaurants und Cafรฉs sowie ein grosses Shoppingcenter. Wir wรผrden jederzeit wieder im Rotana absteigen.
