This year, to commemorate International Mother Earth Day, Marketing teams of Rotana Hotels in Dubai embarked on “The Rotana Great Train Ride”

The aim of the combined efforts was to encourage use of the metro whenever possible to reduce carbon emissions from motor vehicles.

A total of 13 participants acted as commuters for the day and started their journey from Amwaj Rotana hotel at Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station. They proceeded to meet each other at the closest metro station to Rotana Hotel properties along the Dubai Metro red line on Sheikh Zayed road, with the final destination being the Union Metro Station.
