We had a late flight and were exhausted when we had arrived. The staff at the reception was so kind and upgraded our room for free with a better view and a big bad for our child. We are grateful to everyone in this hotel. Felt like home from home. ❤️❤️❤️

"Relaxing Week At Amwaj Rotana"
My 8 year old son and I stayed for 7 nights on an All Inclusive Dine-Around package in a Sea Front View Room with Balcony overlooking the Ain Wheel, located in the fabulous JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence). Check-in was a bit slow as our room wasn't ready. We waited just over an hour before we could finally get into our room. Our room was situated on the 6th floor. It was very clean, spacious, and had two comfortable queen size beds. The room was modern looking. The bathroom was nice, although the shower was located inside the bath. I've stayed in many 5* hotels around the world, and this is the first one not to have a separate shower.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools. The main swimming pool has an all round depth of 1.5m. If like me, who is 5ft 6", couldn't stand up with my feet on the floor. I had to tip toe along. There is also a kids pool which has an all round depth of 0.9m under a canopy to protect kids from direct sunlight.
For the foodies out there, a choice of 4 restaurants to choose from. Horizon, which serves buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner. Rosso which serves Italian Cuisine. JB's Gastropub, which serves traditional American and British food and Benihana, which serves American and Japanese food. Apart from Horizon, all other restaurants require a reservation. The All Inclusive Dine-Around package only gives you a set menu to choose from, which I personally didn't like. My favourite place to eat was Horizon, as I found it had more options to choose from. Again, on the All Inclusive Dine-Around package, you are only allowed certain drinks which are shown on the various menus.
In my opinion, the staff are the stand out people of the hotel. They are so caring, friendly and polite. They can't do enough for you. I have to give a special mention to the following people:

Concierge - Ajeesh and Alkesh
Horizon - Amiri, Chan, Kamal, Oveto, Samir and Yamin
Lobby / Reception - Ako and Dipesh
Rosso - Moh Moh
Security - Hamiduh
Sundeck Pool - Dushan, Hassan and Omar

"Decent hotel but not 5 star"
Hotel in a nice location although traffic was a constant challenge to get in and out with many taxis refusing to go there due to the traffic. The rooms were reasonable with a nice view with the world’s hardest beds. Slight challenge with the hotel thinking we only had three people in the room but extra towels came each day when we asked. Food at the various restaurants was reasonable but not amazing - breakfast at the buffet was a little like feeding time at the zoo. Also at peak times the waiting time for the three lifts serving the 25 floors was up to ten minutes. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

"Brilliant would highly recommend"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff members were exceptional and catered to all our needs. All services/food provided by the hotel were fantastic! The colleague who checked us in Asbeel was very helpful and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier which was massively appreciated! Overall our stay was topnotch and I would highly recommend this hotel!

"Perfect stay"

Tolle Lage, guter Service, saubere Zimmer. Hat seinen Preis. Unser Zimmer war im oberen Stockwerk mit einer tollen Aussicht zum Strand. Das Essen war gut aber für unseren Geschmack zu wenig gewürzt. Doch das ist ja kein Problem. Alkohol ist erhältlich aber teuer.

Awesome Good: Отдыхаем в отеле 5-раз. Заселяют всегда раньше времени, т.к. приезжаем в отель ~8-30 утра. Есть русскоговорящий персонал. В этот раз пришлось уезжать раньше времени из-за распоряжений правительства. Деньги списали по факту проживания.

All was great, Staff & service . Amwaj Rotana is the best:) Good: The room was beautiful ,Thanks to Mr.Ahmad from Egypt in reception he was very nice, kind and very polite also did his best to make my room comfortable and gave me the best sea view room. Breakfast was excellent and the location was amazing.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Amway Rotana, Dubai Marina Spend a lot of time searching for hotels before booking Hotel Amway Rotana for our 8 night’s stay in Marts 2020. The Amway Rotana Hotel turned out to be the right choice for us.
Booked directly at the hotel webpage for the best price. Great location, sea view from our Club room at 22nd floor, closed and secured area, nice pool with great service, easy access to the beach. Great restaurants, and especially the Friday Brunch is amazing.
The service in the Club Lounge at 25th floor is fantastic. Great breakfast in the morning after your choice and free drinks and canapés in the evening in a relaxed area with great view to the sea.
We will loved our stay in Dubai and will for sure come back to Amway Rotana Hotel for our next visit. Recommend to book directly for best price at the hotel.

Pool area suitable .
Bedrooms plenty of room for three of us . Not enough towels and pillows left even after we rang about the towels etc !
The club room was lovely and so was the food . I think the horizon restaurant list itself a bit .

Wonderful stay Excellent hotel in a great location. The beach is within easy walking distance. Transport either supplied by the hotel, or public transport, is easy to use. Great shopping locations and entertainment locations in the surrounding area.

Great hotel Hotel Amwaj Rotana has excited us. It has an excellent location. It is near the beach and yet almost in the center of Dubai. Bra hotell Bra hotell, fin tillhörande strand. Personalen passar upp en hela tiden. Väldigt bra pooler då barnpoolen är skuggad och endast 45 cm djup. Vi hade halvpension och det var bra. Väldigt bra mat och ganska varierat.

تجربتي الاولى لدبي الفندق رائع وموظفينه جدا متعاونين وبشوشين واطلالته وموقعه اكثر من رائع والنظافه جيده جدا والاسره مريحه كما أن مكان الافطار جميل ومتنوع بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز
ولكن سعره يعتبر غالي والمصاعد قلليله بالنسبه لحجم الفندق والانترنت ضعيف
