"Excellent service from check-in to check-out"
The lady who made our check-in was with a great smile and was very accommodating. She ensured we will have a great room and was attentive to our needs. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive from start to finish, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can come back again in the near future.

"Amazing experience while studying abroad"
I travel to Dubai because of my studies. The main reason I stayed in Arjaan was because the location of the course was in the same hotel. And now I know why my business school chose that hotel. It has an excellent location, an amazing and beautiful hotel, with a gym (that I used) and a pool. But the best part was the excellent quality of service, from the check-in until the check-out. The only two things that were not that nice were that my room was kind of old (but the rest of the hotel was not), even with one of the closets smelling old (which, sadly, I forgot to report because I just didn't use it). The other thing was that one night, some alarm noise woke me up. Of course, that is not the hotel's fault. In any case, the fantastic view, the cleanliness, the superb service make it all up.

"Excellent services but room for better"
The cleanliness in the accommodation spaces is excellent.
Less the noise of the construction site surrounding the hotel...
And the breakfast is not worth the money... there are better and cheaper options just a stone's throw away.

Good Good: Friendly staff and accommodating for my needs. Room was great had everything I needed for my stay. Felt like a full on one bedroom apartment with all the facilities (washing machine and kitchen) in the room. Much appreciated to Fayiz who gave me a sincere welcome at reception. Truly genuine staff member and deserves the credit
Bad: My room was right next to someone else’s room, could hear everything with the thin walls. Sometimes bothered me with the noise. There is nothing exciting happening in the hotel itself like restaurants or lounge. But at least the location of the hotel is around a lot of other stuff to do outside. So that accommodates for the hotel’s lack of entertainment facilities

Pleasant Hotel location was great, very near the tram station. Apartment was huge with plunge pool. Gym was great as well, quite modern equipment. The breakfast had a good variety of foods as well. Swimming pool was ok and sun beds were very comfortable.

Stay Elsewhere if you want WiFi Hotel is nice looking but rooms were grubby, pool is large but run down, birds mess everywhere. Main issue is the lack of wifi or response to complaints about it. Lobby is large, check in was good but on leaving we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay, probably because we had complained daily about lack of wifi. Porters were excellent as was valet.

Excellent location and beautiful rooms - untrained staff Great location , beautiful rooms but the staff is not trained and barely hospitable. i would advise the hotel for a 1 night stay or if for business and you just need a place to sleep. but if your looking for a "hotel experience i suggest look further
