At Saadiyat Rotana resort we had the best hotel experience of all our travel to different countries. Starting from the check-in, which was so smooth and relaxed, to the check out, which made us a bit sad because we had to leave. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which get you in the holiday mode easily. But most important are the staff, without exclusions, who make you feel so welcome. Nothing is to much for them, always with a real smile, and so friendly that you easily feel at home. All services are great, from the fine food restaurants, till the pool services with towels and bottles of water (also for the beach) and the housekeeping who keeps the room (fantastic beds) spotless. Thank you so much for giving us this great experience. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a fantastic stay in Abu Dhabi. Just outside the city you will find this gem at the beautiful Saadiyat beach, and still a short drive from the city. (Louvre museum and different other cultural places are even closer)

We had a very enjoyable weekend stay at Saadiyat Rotana. The service provided by the staff was excellent from start to finish — warm, attentive, and genuine. The quality of the facilities is top-tier, and the resort has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The kids club was a highlight for us, offering a fun and safe space for my daughter to play, and the breakfast selection was impressive each morning. A special thank you to Manideep, who went out of his way to make our daughter feel special by gifting her a teddy on our last day — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. However, I do feel the need to highlight a serious safety incident that occurred on our final morning. When my mother and 16-month-old daughter returned to our room after breakfast and opened the door, a ceiling panel suddenly fell from above, narrowly missing my daughter. It was a very frightening moment, and while hotel staff responded promptly and offered a complimentary lunch as a gesture, the potential consequences of this incident were extremely serious and warrant attention. While this experience does not take away from the overall quality of our stay, I sincerely hope the hotel addresses this matter thoroughly to ensure the safety of all guests in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the resort and were especially impressed by the staff, but I felt it was important to share both the positives and the serious concern honestly and hope the hotel management check the ceiling panels in all hotel rooms.

We always find ourselves Rotana Saadiyat Hotel when we decide to for a staycation. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The stuff I can’t describe them in one word, they are super friendly to us as adults and a different story when it comes to our toddler they went out of their way to make here happy at all times. I would thank everyone that made our stay perfect.

We had a beautiful weekend staying at the Rotana for my husband's birthday. The resort went above and beyond to make him feel special which was such a lovely surprise! The staff are engaging and friendly, the rooms immaculate and the facilites really well maintained and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to rest and recharge on a beautiful beach in the UAE!

The staff were very welcoming and maintained a very good service throughout our stay. In particular we taken back by how attentive and kind the staff were with our young son. The staff around the pool were proactive at all times, nothing was ever a chore. They engaged in friendly conversation to ensure your needs are taken care of, Samroj in particular. Rana who looked after our room was always ensuring the times to clean were appropriate, he was very professional in his approach. Rana always wanted to engage in conversation when appropriate and he was a credit to the hotel. The food was very good across the restaurants, Turtle Bay in particular was our favourite offering a variety of high end dinning dishes. Laith and his staff at The Sama lounge were excellent. Laith gave us a great insight to the culture and things to do whilst visiting Abu Dhabi. A super spot to relax after dinner with authentic tea or coffee. My Mom and I spent 5 nights at Saadiyat Rotana Resort and we can’t wait to go back. It is an ideal 5 - star property built in a modern Arabic style with the large heated pool, gym, sauna, a spa and nestled on the Arabian gulf. Everything here is geared towards a luxury vacation from the fresh scent as you enter the lobby, the cup of Arabic coffee with dates upon arrival, the turquoise water with the bright white sand on the horizon to the smiles and care of the amazing staff. Beyond all the beauty of the resort, the staff at Saadiyat Rotana Resort is a real treasure. The staff that cares, understands the needs of the guests and goes above and beyond. Dildar and the concierge team (Brent and Saad) took great care of us. Dildar provided great options of places to visit in Abu Dhabi. We really enjoyed the cultural experience and got to visit all the main sites. Dildar arranged for all transportation services for us and helped us with the heavy bags when we returned from the day of shopping. We felt so special and felt like we were part of the Saadiyat Rotana Resort family. Rotana Club Lounge Staff is out of this world - Zuura, Nestan, Komlan, Kristina, Ann-Mee. Zuura was the hostess at the Rotana Club lounge the morning we overslept and missed breakfast. We took a chance showing up at the lounge after 11 am hoping to start the day with a cup of delicious cappuccino. Zuura greeted us with a big smile and made sure we did not leave without a delicious cappuccino and cookies. She inquired about our stay and made sure we had the best experience. Zuura saved the day with her professionalism and positive energy. Komlan is always welcoming and friendly. He provides excellent service, genuinely inquires about your day and understands the needs of the guests. We really enjoyed his company and service. Kristina is always greeting guests with the smile, she is checking in on the guests, holding doors for guests who enjoy outdoor seating and makes the best tea. Ann- Mee is so nice and caring. One night it was getting chilly and Ann Mee offered us blankets so we could continue enjoying the evening under the stars. It was so sweet! We are beyond grateful for the unforgettable vacation and can’t wait to return to Saadiyat Rotana Resort again with the rest of the family! Iryna Mccloskey

The beach Rotana Residences is an excellent facility. Extremely clean with fantastic staff. Our room is always kept serviced to a very high standard and Yusef who works on the 15th floor is great.

We are staying at Beach Rotana residences for 6 months plus. It's a nice property with varied services for family. The level of service quality is amazing. Very polite staff at front desk, room service. Don't remember everyone's name, a person called Shankar would always helps with our luggage, grocery bags and also giving local tips on food and tourism places.

I came to Rotana and I’ve found a perfect place to stay. Relaxing for all of us. Amazing cuisine!! Fantastic pool and an amazing sea and beach. Close but far enough from the city so we had enjoyed the time. Only one suggestion… In the gym let’s get 2/3 Technogym Ride ( semi pro bike ) so cyclists like me can still run their training sessions while on vacation
