"Excellent Hotel"
I always prefer Centro Capital Rotana for my short stay vacations because it a place where they provide privacy and solitude which I always look for in a hotel. With my recent stay just concluded, I misplaced 2 items which I forgot to pack and I immediately called the hotel back and relayed my situation. Within 5 minutes they called me back and located my the items which are very important in my line of work. I retrieved my items that evening. For this I can say the staff at the hotel are dependable and reliable. Which are qualities that are very rare these days. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and I will always continue to patronize this hotel for my future vacations.

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH CENTRO CAPITAL ROTANA DOHA"
Its now my third month in a row here in Centro Capital Rotana Doha , and I am really pleased with my stay here. Pretty good hotel, clear room, everything looks new, service on time, staff with perfection... what more. Since im having a long stay here and the kind of person i am who need everything in perfection, i must say that your hotel has lift up to my expectations. Talking about the breakfast, that too such an elaborated one is just amazing and in the Ramadan the suhoor service which i got was on another level (wasnt expectation this much).
Not to mention the hospitality your guys have shown every single time has touched me. Specially Habib from the reception is i think is the best. Such a generous friendly and kind person, who has always sorted my problem like they were just a piece of cake for him. Thank you Habib for being so nice, may almighty blessed you with great heights. And ofcourse Fatima too, she too is really good with me and sorted all the things which i brought to her.
AND THANK YOU SO MUCH CENTRO CAPITAL for making my stay here so pleasant and wonderful. I will be staying even more longer, thanks.

Throughout my stay at the hotel, the Centro Capital Doha team, especially each employee from various departments like the front desk, food and beverage services, housekeeping, engineering, and safety/security, has been incredibly kind and prompt in providing their respective services in the best way possible.

Excellent service over all. All staff are reliable and approachable. Especially the reception and valley parking in charge. Was able to get 50% discount for the food in room service. Will definitely come again.

Good service and nice food, the staff is very accommodating they ate always smile to all the guest. Location is easy to locate. The smell of the hotel is so nice. Swimming pool and gym is so clean. ☑️☑️☑️

Business trip to Doha and a stay over a month in hotel A good experience. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and house keeping where amazing and very caring very helpful.
Food quality food. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Daily room cleaning staff though didn't had done a good job. Thank you very much to entire Doha Centro Hotel team.

Cheap and cheerful, above and beyond. On check in, Kateryna really assisted me with all my needs and made sure that the room she gave was appropriate. In the bar downstairs usually I get immediate and friendly service. Thank you so much for your help, I will be back soon and when I do hopefully the bar will be open again.

Good hotel, vey helpful staff. Stayed here for the MotoGP race weekend plus a bit of tourism. Smart hotel, staff very helpful, excellent buffet breakfast, roof top pool and gym and secure on site parking - perfect for our needs.
If you're a light sleeper make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor away from the central atrium as some noise comes up from the bar and dining room below

Clean & Cosy I am staying in Centro Capital Doha for 4 months so far, and i will check in again after coming from vacation. The place is neat and clean, the rooms are cosy, and the resto, cafe and pub are very nice.

Great experience Very good experience in the hotel! Personnel is very friendly and helpful and decoration is modern and comfortable! Although the neighbourhood is not the best, you can reach all Doha areas easily and quick and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around!

Service can be an issue sometimes. After a room-service dinner, I called guest service several times to collect my tray after many apologies from different persons, my tray was never collected. b

A choice with no regrets This was my 22nd nights stayed in this hotel an I did not find any issues. Their services exceeded my expectations.
