How to:
Cook chicken with Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper Powder, Bay leaves. Save the broth for Frikeh. Frikeh: Saute the chopped Onion and Frikeh, add spices, Sweet Pepper Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Caraway Powder, add some of the chicken broth and Salt. Once it boils, close the cover and leave it for 15 minutes.
Sauce: Heat Butter with Flour until it gets brown, then add Chicken broth, Salt, Sweet Pepper Powder, Caraway Powder and Cinnamon Powder.
Serve in a plate with sauce and garnish with fried nuts.
