The daily dish formula includes a choice of fresh salad, a choice of appetizer, the chef’s daily dish and dessert, all accompanied by a soft beverage and still water.

You can enjoy a variety of mouthwatering dishes, such as Sujuk B JJibneh or Lahmeh Machroucha. For the main course, you can savor the grills platter or our dish of the day (Kibbeh bel Sanieh, Shish Barak, Warak Enab and more), among many other delightful options.
