"Very enjoyable stay"
A very nice large room with fantastic floor to ceiling windows. I requested a walk-in shower which they managed to accommodate. Great housekeeping and door staff. Very good location - a minute's walk to the souk. A small coffee shop on ground floor with good value cakes, croissants and coffee (which I didn't discover until close to the end of my stay). I didn't visit swimming pool as weather is too cold. A thanks to Denis on reception who sorted out my booking as I had booked the wrong number of nights. The elevators always arrived quickly. A 5* experience all round. My only criticism was the feeble bedside reading light, not at all bright enough.

"Excellent Location"
Excellent location, right next to Bab Al Bahrain and Manama Souk with its maze like shops selling everything from Gold, Pearls, Perfumes, Souvenirs, Clothes, Food Items (such as nuts and famous Bahraini Halwa, ..etc), and many more. Also, it is 20 minutes walk to the beautiful water facing The Avenues Mall and 30 minutes walk to Bait Al Qur'an (museum with rare collection of Qur'an - mainly old). Highly recommended.

"I love my stay at downtown rotana"
It was a a good weekend and a welcoming stay at downtown rotana
I found the smiling face of the hotel employee from the entrance and how they treated the guests make me very happy
I had a good breakfast with my family

"Warm and Professional Stay at Downtown Rotana"
I recently stayed at Downtown Rotana in Bahrain for one night, booking a standard room through Trivago. Upon check-in, Ms. Lubna warmly welcomed me at the reception. Her approach was highly professional and friendly, and she offered me an attractive upgrade option with a good discount. Thanks to her exceptional service, my stay became even more enjoyable. The room was excellent, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Downtown Rotana to anyone visiting Bahrain, and I deeply appreciate Lubna's great hospitality and professionalism.

"Fridge was broken and ac was leaking water"
First room was leaking water and the second rooms took so long to be given to us, put our food in the fridge and we went to get it it was rotten fridge was boiling hot

Best hotel experience The staff at this hotel are all highly trained, accommodating, courteous, and professional. Jassem is excellent. He accommodated us for an early check in and check out. The Arabian High Tea experience was unforgettable by Lillian. The buffet breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety. Dinner reservations can be made online. Unlimited sushi & saxophone night was outstanding! Nice gym and rooftop pool. Alto rooftop lounge on the 25th floor had the nicest views of the city. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Great location. It was around everything. Best hotel experience we've had in terms of service.

Bad: المخدات الريشية لا تناسبني وتسبب لي آلام في الرقبة ،الغرفة لا يوجد فيها مناديل ... فقط في الحمام.
Günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen Souk und Bushaltestelle ist 200 m entfernt. Keine fußgängerfreundliche Stadt auch nicht zu neuen
Gebäuden oder Malls. Die Touristeninformation am Souk bietet wenig Informationsmaterial.
Straßen neben dem Souk sollte man sich lieber nicht ansehen.

Great location, Great Service, Great Hotel Stayed 18 days for business and really enjoyed the room, hotel and area. Service all around was excellent.
Really enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and the times we ate dinner the food and service were top notch.
The only drawback was the lounges on the 24th and 25th floors were closed with no explanation.

Another wonderful stay My 10th time staying at DT Rotana. The location is perfect near Avenues mall and CC mall. And the staff is very professional and accommodating. The food outlets are wonderful. Teatro is the best and the bkft buffet is wonderful.

وعند زيارتي لممملكه البحرين سوف اعاود السكن فيه وانصح الراغبين بالسكن لانه فندق محترم ومناسب وقريب من اسواق بوابه
