"Most amazing beach and nature vacation"
Had the most amazing 3 days stay...wonderful check in service by Mr. Marzouk in front desk. Really loved the room chalet style close to the beach where i really felt in touch with nature and the beach was really beautiful with amazing views of sea and mountains and the whole hotel area is full of trees and a great natural environment around the hotel and great tropical vibe. Also, amazing cleaning service to the rooms thanks to the cleaning staff and Mr Saurav from cleaning team who provided us with great cleaning. Also had the most amazing service from the full concierge team who were so attentive to our needs and luggage and pick up times and gave great suggestions. Mr Abishek in concierge helped us arrange an amazing private tour to Hatta dam and nearly by sights. Also thanks to Mr Ganesh our very attentive driver and guide also from concierge - amazing car with wifi also and water for the trip. Also great breakfast and dinner package. Also great check out with Ms. Sara. Great attention and care overall from the whole team despite being so busy. Thanks for the most amazing stay and will definitely hope to return soon.

We keep visiting the resort once in 3-4 months for the last 2 years and our stay just gets better .
Even though the team was extremely busy with the festivities including NYE, Room service , and staff demonstrated the same enthusiasm and service being so warm and friendly right from check in through check out. The lobby has been done up beautifully and the festive vibes only add to the vibes.
Room service team is Pro as always and the evening flower decor with goodies reflect their value for customer experience.
It’s always a pleasure to interact with F&B team boss Me Leo and his team including Mr Sahil , Mr Deepu and ever charming Mr Sherali ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This visit is all dedicated to Mr Shriram , our NYE at Rotana was made possible only with Mr Shriram , who went all the way to make it possible even with our last minute request ❤️🌹 The gentleman is all heart with his Customer experience and ensures a fabulous stay , thank you again and look forward to our summer visit.

"Relaxing Family Getaway with Great Hospitality"
My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The atmosphere was incredibly calm, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. My child especially loved spending time at the pool and beach. She had a blast participating in the guest activities organized by the resort and even danced her heart out.
The buffet was absolutely delicious, and the stewards were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. We appreciated the peaceful environment, with no disturbances, allowing us to have restful nights. The room was fantastic—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.
The only downside to our experience was the photo service. They didn’t disclose the pricing for the photoshoot until the end, which turned out to be quite expensive compared to market standards. Despite this, we had a great stay overall and would love to visit again.

"Pleasant Stay"
We spent 4 days in Fujairah Resort & Spa and had a very pleasant stay. Nice weather and good food, especially in the Wave Beach restaurant made for a good experience. Our room was very spacious and we had a nice view to the sea.

"Amazing holidays"

Spend some holiday together with my family.
Overall was very good, first time to Rotana but I been in other around hotels in the past.

"A Perfect Stay Exceptional Service Cuisine and Relaxation"
We spent 4 wonderful days at this hotel and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The spacious, clean room, outstanding cuisine from breakfast to dinner, and professional staff throughout the hotel exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay was flawless in every aspect. Im Schatten des Coronarvirus Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage. Die Poollandschaft immer gepflegt, nie schmutzig und von Lifeguards gut kontriliet. Der Strand schön sauber und weitläufig.
Einzig die AI-Getränke würden eine Aufwertung gebrauchen.

A wonderful retreat at this difficult time Good: I want to thank the manager Rami and waiter Issam and front desk Ahtisham for the excellent service that was offered during our stay. It was extra ordinary and looking forward to staying again in the near future.
Bad: Wonderful and established gardens 5 star service the whole way location right on the beach and ease of booking in. The late check out was also a true bonus.

Man muss bei jeder Getränkebestellung auf einem Bon unterschreiben (bisschen nervig, weil man dadurch oftmals warten musste)

Von Reiseveranstalter werden einige Ausflüge angeboten (wir haben die Dünen Safari gemacht und können davon abraten. Es hat sich leider nicht gelohnt)

Bad: At times inside the hotel it can be noisy - unfortunately we had noisy guests above us. This was dealt with swiftly from the hotel management.

Отдых с семьёй Испортило впечатление украденная куртка из шкафа в номере. Администрация отеля камеры не разрешила посмотреть. Пляж и отель чистые. Еда не разнообразная, но вкусная. Фруктов мало. Обслуживание в ресторане хорошее.

Понравилось В целом, отдых был приятным и спокойным. Персонал делает максимум и у них все получается. Потрясающие спасатели на пляже, потрясающие официанты и администраторы в буфете, потрясающие работники ресепшн, потрясающие горничные.
Питание на 4. Не всегда находили что-то по душе, приходилось ходить по несколько раз, выискивать
В номерах нет европейских розеток. Предоставляемые адаптеры ужасного качества. Также в номере нет сушилки для белья, вещи развешивали на балконные стулья
Невероятно большое количество ворон на территории. Карканье будит по утрам, они везде гадят, воруют еду, пьют из бассейна купаются в нем.
Территория довольно примитивная. Несколько дорожек, вечерние прогулки были скучными.
Здорово, что по вечерам есть живая музыка в буфете и на пляже! Они приятно занимали вечера. Развлечений нет совсем. На весь отель один аниматор — молодая девушка Диана 22 лет. Делала все, что могла, чтобы развлечь людей. Но «развлечения» достаточно скучные и неинтересные, поэтому никто и не собирался никогда.

Oase der Erholung. Gepflegtes Luxushotel mit schönem Ambiente und einer gepflegten Gartenanlage, allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Hotel bietet mehrere unterschiedliche gemütliche Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich.
Angenehme Nähe zum Strand und zum Meer.
