I recently stayed at the Media Rotana hotel, and my experience left the most enthusiastic impressions. The exceptional service was felt in literally every interaction with the staff – the attentive and responsive employees were always ready to assist with any request.

"IMPRESSED"
Ioved everything about this hotel, from the lobby to undil my last floor room everything was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I was impressed by the efficient check in by Mr. Rahul, he was very Helpful and always available.

Everything at a very high level, the rooms are cleaned every day, the service is very nice and helpful. The food is very diverse, everyone can choose something for themselves.

"Excellent Hotel"
The service was absolutely fantastic. The room is very clean and neat. Their pool was very clean and their breakfast was absolutely delicious and their facilities were very good. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul, Mr. Muhammad (Syrian) and Mr. Taha for their amazing support and services during the stay.

It was a wonderful week I choose this hotel based on the reviews Starting from the reception thanks to ghaffar proffesinal check in . Rahul small chats and amazing assistance. There was a lady from Syria starting with the letter B wonderful service. Bell team chat was always helpful thanks to Chat.pool bar Boni and Laxman thank you guys for quick and nice service wıll come back for sure

The best Indonesian Professional, Executive Chef Idin Azimuth for organizing the excellent stay in Dubai, strategic to Dubai Legoland and Dubai Expo which suitable for family and business trip which offering delicious food, comfortable stay dan friendly service (Imo as front office and housekeeping)

Fantastisk!! Alle var så søde! Og vi havde er sindssygt lækkert værelse! Desuden er hotellet godt placeret, og personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme!Jeg har været i Dubai flere gange, men jeg vil 100% tilbage til dette hotel næste gang!

Trés bon hotel. L'Hôtel est bien située avec une station de métro a 10 minutes a pied , un bus gratuit qui s'arrête devant l'hôtel. Personnel très attentionné .Le petit déjeuné est top;.Les repas du soir sont un peu chers .

Friendly Staff, great breakfast, poor showers enjoyed the great hotel, the breakfast, the restaurant, the cleanliness, despite the poor shower and long wait for hot water. Staff is great, very service minded, and the hotel would be perfect if they would only fix the low water pressure and invest in better shower heads. Bed and room comfort is great, hotel is not noisy and very well situated.

Media Rotana Dubai Неплохой отель, до пляжей едут трансферы, но нужно быть готовым, что автобус будет останавливаться у другого отеля напротив или вовсе проедет мимо и тогда нужно будет добираться только на метро или такси. В самом отеле расположен клуб, мы проживали на 6 этаже и всю ночь «наслаждались» клубной музыкой))особенно радовался наш сын (6лет), еда на завтрак и ужин просто потрясающая (устрицы, мидии, краб, суши, мясо нескольких видов, в большинстве своём еда острая и со специями, ребёнку было сложновато что-то выбрать на ужин), много фруктов и сладостей.

Great hotel. NIce and friendly staff. Good hotel for business. Clean, spacious. Buffet and restaurants are great. Good facilities. Sometimes a little noisy in the evening. The meeting rooms are great and the catering beside as well. Recommended !

Particularly Azeem which is reliable, always available, great, discrete and wise advisor. Media Rotana management must be very proud of such skilled and professional guy.
