"Business Trip"
Service and staff were excellent, especially Eiman, Maqsood and John, just to name a few.
Room cleaning service was frequent and to a very high standard, changing bed sheets every time.
The only slight negative point was the demolition ongoing next door therefore sleep after a night shift was unpleasant but this was no fault of the hotel.
Look forward to staying again in a couple of weeks

"Excellent stay"
Excellent hotel. Very clean and well ventilated rooms. There were a lot of utilities, they really thought of everything - slippers, all kinds of towels, hygiene, napkins, a string for drying clothes etc. Breakfast was very rich and varied - there was something for everyone. Good coffee and eggs. The WiFi was a bit unstable at times, but it didn't bother me much. Nice bar and outdoor pool. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in the area.

"Needs update wirh furniture in room"
The perfume smell in the reception and hallways is disturbing and too much. The bread at breakfast was not baked in the oven.The breakfast was for the rest very good.
The beds are very good and pillows and duvet were natural products. The hotel is next to the big mosk so you get woken up at 5.20.

"Clean and big rooms"
Excellent staff especially in the front desk Mr Ahmed was very cordial and pleasant. We booked a studio twin room, rooms were spacious and the view was very nice.

"Excellent Stay at Nour Arjaan Fujaira"
We came from Oman Muscat riding our Harleys and wr found our rooms ready... very clean and spaciuos rooms..We have been recieved and warmly welcomed by Ms. Eiman at the Reception desk. It was as per our expectation especially after long ride on Classic bikes coming from Muscat around 400+ Km. The breakfast was amazing and all stuff were so cooperative with nice smile on their faces. So, Thank you very much for this hospitality.

A Welcome Return! After a two year break it was most satisfying to return to the hotel and find the excellent service and comfort of the hotel have remained the same!
Being welcomed back with a smile which felt genuine was a great start to the stay.
Cannot fault the staff in their diligence and wish to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The food is of very good quality and the breakfast and evening buffets were of a good range. An improvement would be to make the porridge (oats)at little thicker at breakfast and to provide some small side plates as the only plates available seem to be dinner plate size!
Evening Buffet has a very good choice of food and at 75 Dirhams plus taxes is reasonable priced!
The road outside seems to have been under construction for three years! When will they finish!!!
Does make getting to Mall across the road an agility test at times but not hotel fault!! In Shallah one day all will be well.

No resolution to noisy neighbors I called 5 times since I checked in that my next-door neighbors were screaming at each other every 5-10 minutes. They were very disruptive; 2 kids and 2 adults. The staff I spoke to said they will resolve it for me but up until 9:00 pm, I was still having the same issue. I asked for a supervisor or duty manager -- I was told that he was busy. So at my 5th and final call, I demanded that they move me because it was impossible to focus or go to sleep. Very bad problem resolution.
1. I should have been asked if I wished to transfer rooms instead because they clearly could not resolve my issue. But I had to ask that myself.
2. It is the responsibility of the staff to inform the duty manager that I asked for him and it's the duty manager's job to call me back regardless -- at least simply to check if my problem was resolved and if I was satisfied with the resolution. No matter how busy the duty manager is there is always time to call back a hotel guest.

Great Stay I really liked the Nour Arjaan. I decided to stay here long term. The staff is excellent! The only thing I would change is move the cafe/smoking area somewhere else. I quit smoking and hate the smell of smoke.
