I was impressed to what extend the entire team of Nova M hotel was dedicated to their extended services, even during the challenging time of Ramadan. This was impressively performed from the entire team, from the bell boy to the reception team and the restaurant staff. In some hotels you immediately notice small deviations from usual performance, like th housekeeping. In this hotel, 100% service was delivered. Thanks a lot to all
