We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms at a good size, lovely bathrooms and the breakfast was great with everything you'd want available. Lovely outside pool on the 4th level with drinks at your disposal. The customer service was excellent - special mention for Roaa (front desk) and Zamir and Christopher (housekeeping) for their friendly and attentive service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

"Very good hotel"
Staying at this hotel felt like a true fairytale! From the very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed — the staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a stunning view of the city. Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily cleaning done to the highest standard. I especially want to highlight the breakfast — an extensive variety of dishes to suit every taste, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. The pool and spa area were pure relaxation, like a little piece of paradise. The location is also perfect, with the beach, shopping malls, and attractions all nearby. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to all my friends!

"Excellent"
The room 4501 was tidy and comfortable.with a nice view of Burj khalifa.food was nice from breakfast to dinner.the staff all over is very helpful with the smile on their face all the time. Only one thing the A/C show 24 degree but it's not enough in the room sweating at night time which needs to make little bit more cooler at least 21-22 which will make a big difference from my side. whenever I am coming back I will be back in the same hotel much better for transport and in the centre.hope to see you guys soon.very impressive for the service.cheers

I recently stayed at [Hotel Rose Rayhaan by Rotana ], and I had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The location of the hotel is perfect — close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The amenities, including the breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, and room service, were excellent and exceeded my expectations.
A special thank you to [emad for preakfast ] for their outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [Dubia], and I will definitely be returning in the future.

"It was perfect"
Our stay in this hotel was so comfortable and amazing.
The staff and the food were excellent and the entire staff in general was always friendly and helpful but the one who made the impossible possible was Rosa.
She helped my husband to make a wonderful surprise for me on my birthday and it was successful. Thank you very much Rosa, wish you the best!

Wszystko było zgodnie z ofertą. Klub Rotana wewnątrz hotelu to optymalna opcja. Doskonałe śniadania i kolacje w ciszy. Duży wybór wykwintnych potraw na ciepło i zimno. Wysoka jakość jedzenia. Pokoje wprawdzie ciasne ale bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czyste, za to przestronna łazienka. Duży minus to straszliwie brudne okna od zewnątrz. Pomimo komunikatu w pokoju, że okna są codziennie myte z zewnątrz o świcie, nie jest to robione. A psuje to bardzo dobry widok. Personel bardzo miły. Wszystko załatwiane jest na czasz i perfekcyjnie. Gratisowy transport lotniskowy samochodem osobowym działa perfekcyjnie. Kilka metrów od wyjścia z hotelu jest przystanek metra i kilka sklepów spożywczych oraz różnych lokali gastronomicznych. Liczne windy bardzo szybko działają. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie błyskawiczne, w tym samym czasie pracownicy pakują już walizki do limuzyny na lotnisko.

All good, decent hotel Nothing really to add. Nice room, good breakfast. Nice pool and gym area. Very centrally located with super markets just downstairs. Valet parking was fast (call them from your room and the car is ready when downstairs) so all good! Beds were a little bit on the harder side..

Отдых в Дубае! Юбилей дочки. Мы были в этом отеле в марте. Погода отличная. Приняли нас хорошо. Обслуживание на высоте, персонал доброжелательный. Наш номер был с видом на Бурдж Халифу. Номера чистые, уютные, повсюду чистота. Особо хочу отметить сотрудницу отеля Юлю. Она нам очень помогла во многих вопросах. Огромное ей спасибо!!! Всем рекомендую данный отель!!!

Best stay in Dubai Our first stay in Dubai and we felt like it's our second home with a view of world's tallest building. Will recommend to anyone looking for a balance between price and quality. Will definitely stay here again during our next stay.
