"Accommodation end of November 2024"
Unbeatable accommodation during our 8 day visit to Dubai - first class cleanliness, excellent breakfast, very polite staff and strategic location close to the centre and metro station. Additionally, the perfect Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club offers a fully equipped gym, a temperature-controlled outdoor pool for adults and children, a separate sauna, steam and jacuzzi. I would like to thank Deniz (Guest Services Manager) for his help with the accommodation - room selection. I really appreciate his helpfulness and friendly approach throughout the stay. Thank you very much, I am thrilled and I recommend accommodation in this hotel to everyone.

"Excellent Hotel in Dubai"
I stayed a week in Dubai, at the Rose Rayhaan hotel, excellent location in the financial area. The hotel services are excellent, staff available for any request, also a shuttle service is available to the main attractions including Dubai Mall and Kite beach totally free. The restaurants offer both a la carte and quality buffet menus. Inside you can also find a swimming pool with bar, a spa and a gym. A special thanks to Judy who made sure I found the room tidy and clean every day. At the Rose Rayhan you feel at home.

"Luxurious"
Essam at check-in was delightfully attentive, friendly, and helpful. And At check-out, he called ahead to our hotel (also by Rotana - we like Rotana). It happens that Raut handled our bags at check-in and check-out. He, too, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. All staff were. We had booked a regular room, but we decided at check-in to upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable rate. That gave us a stunning view of Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road (where there was a marathon on our second morning, of which we had a birds-eye view!). The suite was spacious, with a walk-in closet and a complete kitchen, complete with a washer/dryer! But even the regular room that we had booked at first, and which we looked at, has a small kitchenette. The room was quiet. I couldn't even hear the shower! There are plenty of eating establishments along the street, including the famous Zaroob, about two blocks in one direction and AlSafadi about two blocks in the other, if you like Lebanese food. The hotel offers a regular shuttle to various locations, including Kite Beach, which we availed ourselves of. The pool staff gave us towels and a sturdy bag to carry them in for a lovely afternoon at the beach in the perfect November weather of the Arabian Gulf. Four and five star hotels in the Arab world are of higher quality than so-called five-star hotels in the US and Canada. Rose Rayhaan far surpasses any of those. We stay at Rotana hotels a lot. This one is the nicest we've been in.

"Amazing first holiday in Dubai"

Thank you Francis for your good job and your smile each time we saw you. Rooms were always clean and we always find water in the kitchen.

Wszystko było zgodnie z ofertą. Klub Rotana wewnątrz hotelu to optymalna opcja. Doskonałe śniadania i kolacje w ciszy. Duży wybór wykwintnych potraw na ciepło i zimno. Wysoka jakość jedzenia. Pokoje wprawdzie ciasne ale bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czyste, za to przestronna łazienka. Duży minus to straszliwie brudne okna od zewnątrz. Pomimo komunikatu w pokoju, że okna są codziennie myte z zewnątrz o świcie, nie jest to robione. A psuje to bardzo dobry widok. Personel bardzo miły. Wszystko załatwiane jest na czasz i perfekcyjnie. Gratisowy transport lotniskowy samochodem osobowym działa perfekcyjnie. Kilka metrów od wyjścia z hotelu jest przystanek metra i kilka sklepów spożywczych oraz różnych lokali gastronomicznych. Liczne windy bardzo szybko działają. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie błyskawiczne, w tym samym czasie pracownicy pakują już walizki do limuzyny na lotnisko.

All good, decent hotel Nothing really to add. Nice room, good breakfast. Nice pool and gym area. Very centrally located with super markets just downstairs. Valet parking was fast (call them from your room and the car is ready when downstairs) so all good! Beds were a little bit on the harder side..

Отдых в Дубае! Юбилей дочки. Мы были в этом отеле в марте. Погода отличная. Приняли нас хорошо. Обслуживание на высоте, персонал доброжелательный. Наш номер был с видом на Бурдж Халифу. Номера чистые, уютные, повсюду чистота. Особо хочу отметить сотрудницу отеля Юлю. Она нам очень помогла во многих вопросах. Огромное ей спасибо!!! Всем рекомендую данный отель!!!

Best stay in Dubai Our first stay in Dubai and we felt like it's our second home with a view of world's tallest building. Will recommend to anyone looking for a balance between price and quality. Will definitely stay here again during our next stay.
