Every thing is excellent definitely will come back again, breakfast buffet is good, but sometimes is too busy

I can not speak highly of this hotel. The service from staff particularly Victoria and Islam is above expectations. The hotel is spotless and the food and wine wonderful. Beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and very comfortable. Very good value for money, we will be back.

My wife and I had a truly beautiful, relaxing, and calm experience at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, right in the heart of Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Room service was excellent, special thanks to Francis, our room attendant, who ensured our room was spotless at all times. His attention to detail really made a difference. Breakfast was delicious, though quite busy with many guests at once. Despite that, the staff handled it well, and we enjoyed our meals each morning. The reception team was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and we are truly grateful to all the staff who made our visit memorable. Without a doubt, we will return the next time we’re in the UAE. A massive thank you to everyone at Rose Rayhaan!

We had a large corner room. It was big and comfortable. In the room we had a fridge, microwave and wash machine (like a mini kitchen). The breakfast was rich and delicious, various food for everyone's taste. The location was also fine, near metro station. There are free Shuttle buses from the hotel to the beach and malls.

Nice personel. Clean rooms. Perfect locarion. Burj Khalifa view was amazing. Really enjoyed our second visit in Dubai. Out first stay was in 4 star hotel. This one was much better. Great value for money.

Perfect service. Ladies at reception Victoria, Maria and Farzina super help me a lot. They answered all information provided with good knowledge and smile. They had fast solution to all unusual situations i faced which is so professional. Wish them big luck and prosperity. Persons who cleaned my room dont remember names also was kind and professional. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms at a good size, lovely bathrooms and the breakfast was great with everything you'd want available. Lovely outside pool on the 4th level with drinks at your disposal. The customer service was excellent - special mention for Roaa (front desk) and Zamir and Christopher (housekeeping) for their friendly and attentive service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel felt like a true fairytale! From the very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed — the staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a stunning view of the city. Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily cleaning done to the highest standard. I especially want to highlight the breakfast — an extensive variety of dishes to suit every taste, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. The pool and spa area were pure relaxation, like a little piece of paradise. The location is also perfect, with the beach, shopping malls, and attractions all nearby. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to all my friends!

The room 4501 was tidy and comfortable.with a nice view of Burj khalifa.food was nice from breakfast to dinner.the staff all over is very helpful with the smile on their face all the time. Only one thing the A/C show 24 degree but it's not enough in the room sweating at night time which needs to make little bit more cooler at least 21-22 which will make a big difference from my side. whenever I am coming back I will be back in the same hotel much better for transport and in the centre.hope to see you guys soon.very impressive for the service.cheers
