The hotel's location is excellent—easily accessible to many of Dubai’s top attractions and situated right in the heart of the city, which made exploring very convenient.

"Felt so welcome"
I am writing to share our experience from our stay at Villa Rotana on Sheikh Zayed Road, where we lived for about 10 months, from September 2023 until June 2024.
Our very first encounter at Villa Rotana was with Anne, and I cannot express enough how much of a pivotal role she played in our decision to stay with you. From the moment we walked through the doors, Anne greeted us with a warmth and sincerity that immediately made us feel welcome. She attentively listened to our needs, gave us a thorough tour of the rooms, and clearly outlined the next steps.
Once we made the decision to stay, it was Anne again, with her radiant smile, who ensured our move-in was seamless and comfortable. Her dedication and attention to detail truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Anne is an absolute gem, and Rotana would be wise to nurture her growth within the company—her talents would shine even brighter in a managerial role. Please, do not let such an asset slip away.
Beyond Anne’s exceptional hospitality, we were also consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team at Villa Rotana. From the prompt responses of the engineering staff when we encountered issues like a bathroom leak or an appliance concern, to the tireless work of the housekeeping team, everyone contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
We want to especially highlight a few more individuals: Yusuuf, who always went above and beyond to assist us and never left us waiting for answers; and Abdul, who seemed to always be there, working tirelessly with a keen eye for detail.
We also cannot forget the incredible team effort during the heavy rainstorm in April. The staff came together in an extraordinary way, not only managing the challenging circumstances but also opening your doors to help those stranded and seeking refuge. It was an inspiring display of compassion, and we know many people were grateful for your kindness.
Our stay at Villa Rotana was more than just a long-term accommodation—it became a community where we made lasting friendships. We will forever consider Anne a lifelong friend, and we look forward to returning to Dubai and, inshallah, staying with you again.

"Its a home not a Hotel"
Starting with the warm welcome from Mr. Abdul and Mr. Supon in the reception, to the special main road view suite we got from Ms. Maricar with her positive and funny energy. Still remember the joke about her name being a car brand!!
The buffet breakfast was the shock of the stay! Really endless varieties of fresh and delicious food run by an attentive and smile-oriented team like Ms. Mel and Mr. Kisan.
The pool is small but breath-taking and overlooks the Burj Khalifa.
We also bumped into the hotel manager, Mr. Barakat, who welcomed us at the gym with an amazing and healthy smile while taking his training.
Villa Rotana’s environment is simply nice, cozy, family-healthy, with genuine love in the air. Will be our favorite in the middle of the Dubai city.
Last but not least, a very special thanks to Eng. Tarek, who helped me with a free charging socket for my car. Really nice & happy environment

"Very convenient"
Staff was so helpful. Did best of the services they could . Special thanis to Supun, he helped us alot. Will keep this hotel in mind whenever visiting dubai again. The whole experience at this hotel was 10/10. Thank you guys

"Excellent"
The hotel is very nice next to metro the rooms are also nice with kitchen and big size for family, there is nice customer service thanks Mr Alan he so kind and professional. I will come back....

"Still good but global level of customer care slightly decreased"
Thanks to some excellent staff members (e.g. Maricar and Abdul), this hotel remains quite good.
It is still a very nice place to stay, "human size" hotel (5 floors Vs city sky scrappers) that is well located and with nice roof top swimming pool and gym.
But compared to my last stay there in 2017, the level of customer care has slightly decreased. Some of the crew members (specially in the night shift) are not professional at all.

"Amazing property with good staff"
Really it was an excellent property with amazing staff . While i was facing so issue with the room some staff called alaa help us and i was very thankful for hem he change my opinion to stay in the facility’s and invite my family also for several night stay

"Loved our stay"
Staff are very friendly, upstairs pool and gym area the highlight. central location and next door to Eat and Drink. best for those who are looking for casual laid back and don't want all the glitz and glamour of some of the bigger properties in Dubai

"Villa Rotana good choice for holiday"
Beautiful hotel, very clean, close to metro and one stop to Burj Khalifa. Staff is very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed. Swimming pool on the roof hotel was ideal to refresh after very hot weather. Staff also in gym and swimming pool were very nice.

"Excellent stay with family"
Awesome stay at Villa Rotana and the staff were excellent, especially Mr. Supun and Gopal, who went beyond their means to accommodate us. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very careful and attentive staff Good: Enjoyed the stay a lot: got airy and light room. Pretty decent. Above expectations. And the best surprise was staff: guys were really proactive and helped me a lot.

Voortreffelijk met een paar suggesties... Good: De locatie is perfect. Voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt, drogisterij, moskee, eethuisjes en metrostation liggen binnen loopafstand. Ook de roomservice van het hotel is ideaal als je geen zin hebt om buiten te eten. Het dakterras met zwembad is een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.
Bad: Wij hadden 4 kamers geboekt: 2x classic studio (zonder oven/magnetron/wasmachine) en 2 classic suites (zie fotos). Het hotel had in eerste instantie alle kamers op de 4de verdieping gereserveerd zodat we als familie op 1 verdieping zaten. Dat was heel fijn echter bleken de kamers op de 4de verdieping allemaal rookkamers te zijn terwijl we om rookvrije kamers hadden gevraagd. Hierdoor hebben we bij aankomst ruim een uur moeten wachten omdat de rookvrije kamers nog schoongemaakt moesten worden. Als compensatie voor het wachten hebben we gratis mogen ontbijten. Erg attent natuurlijk. Nadat we onze kamers binnen mochten bleek de schoonmaak tegen te vallen: voornamelijk deurklinken, lichtschakelaars en knoppen voor de stroomvoorziening waren erg vies. Deze hebben we zelf goed schoongemaakt. Vloerbedekking ziet er helaas ook niet echt schoon uit en is aan vervanging toe.

Hotel ligt nabij de belangrijkste voorzieningen zoals een supermarket, drogisterij, Business Bay metro station en diverse kleine eethuisjes. Taxi stopt voor de deur. Personeel is geweldig en doet er alles aan om je een fijne tijd te bezorgen. Zwembad op het dak is niet zo heel groot maar wel leuk voor kids en zelf lekker te ontspannen. In het hotel kun je ook ontbijten e.d. wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar konden vanuit onze suite zo de binnenplaats inkijken alwaar.zowel het ontbijt/lunch en diner zeer uitgebreid geserveerd werden. Verder zijn de studios met keuken echter zonder oven/magnetron/wasmachine. De suites zijn volledig voorzien van een oven en wasmachine. Ondanks dat dit hotel enigszins dateert ziet het er nog heel goed uit. Je kan het schoonmaak personeel dagelijks vragen om je kamer schoon te maken. Dagelijks gratis water, koffie en thee. Ook roomservice beschikbaar. Villa Rotana heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Geweldig dienstverlening!

Villa Rotana. A great place to stay. A great place to stay. Very cosy and comfortable. I had the suit and the view was very nice. I travel alot to Dubai for work and I would definitely come back for another stay because the suit was of high quality and very relaxing.

Villa Rotana a great place to stay with family. This is a great apartment hotel that tries to take care of their guests in a proactive manner. It is a great place to stay with family for a relaxed stay experience. The staff is caring and visible when needed and service is responsive.

Cheap and cheerful Good value for money, manger Yousaf was great and made our stay much better. Rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette. A little dull but not too bothered about that. Very close to Dubai mall and easy accessible.

Bussiness Stay My stay here was excellent and the room was very spacious. Room was clean and has a spacious bathroom too. Room service was excellent and the hotel is at a very convenient location. Public transport is also very convenient. Its recommended for a family stay too.

Good stay - apart from traffic noise from nearby highway Overall a good experience, with the only problem being the traffic noise.
Nothing much else to say - a good hotel, excellent staff, clean, nice breakfast and adequate facilities.
Perhaps one of the inside facing rooms would have been quieter, but then one would forego the views of the city...

Villa Rotana We found the stay pleasant and pleasant. Room was large and nicely decorated. We have a nice swim on the roof terrace.
Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent Location I enjoyed my stay at your hotel for 5 nights. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket. I would definitely recommend to my peers.

Walking distance from metro station. Walkable (20min) distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa
Our apartment just had a problem with the electric board which was making noise but after contacting the staff the problem was cleared.
